We are deeply committed to the health and wellness of you and your pets. The clinic is open and we are here to assist with your petcare needs.
We are cleaning more and washing our hands more (as per usual). We will continue to treat patients and monitor the situation as it evolves.
If your pet needs care and you have:

The Australian Veterinary Association have stated that "at this stage there is still no evidence that dogs can play a role in the spread of this human disease, or that they become sick".
"However, pet owners should always use good hygiene practices, including hand hygiene before and after handling animals as well as their food, we do not believe there is reason for pet owners to be otherwise concerned. Pet owners who may be infected with the virus or who are voluntarily isolating because of risk of infection, are advised to keep their pets with them, but minimise handling as a precautionary measure until more information is known about the virus and routes of transmission".
We have a practice policy in place to protect our clients and team. By all working togehter we can continue to care for your furry friends.
Thanks for your support.
